Every physical piece is printed just for you when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That's why we can offer so many designs, and it's also why made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of heart or a size swap. Please check the size charts twice; we'll be here either way.

Misprinted, damaged, or defective? That's on us. Email hello@daisyandlily.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you — your choice. Lost in transit? Same inbox, same fix.

We ship to the United States and Canada. US shipping is a flat $6.95 and free over $60 (or free storewide when a promotion says so). Production takes a few business days before shipping since each piece is made fresh; tracking arrives by email, and you can always check Track Order. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not promises — carriers gonna carrier.

Printable PDFs are delivered instantly — the download link appears on your order page and in your receipt email. Because they can't be un-downloaded, digital items aren't refundable once delivered. They're for your personal use: print as many as you like for your own home, but please don't resell or redistribute the files.

Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price at checkout is the price. Promo codes apply as shown in your cart — one discount at a time, whichever is better for you — and codes may carry limits or expiration dates. If we ever misprice something badly enough that it was clearly an error, we may cancel and fully refund that order rather than honor the typo.

The designs, artwork, names, and words on this site belong to Daisy and Lily Co. Wear them, gift them, live in them — but please don't reproduce or sell them.
