PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's secure checkout — your card number never touches our servers.

When you join the Village list: your email address, used for the newsletter and shop updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

When you browse: anonymous, cookieless page-view analytics (via Vercel) — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels. Your cart lives in your own browser, not on our servers.

Only the partners who make the shop work, and only for that purpose: Stripe processes payments; Printify and its print providers receive your name and shipping address to make and ship what you ordered; Resend delivers our emails; Vercel hosts the site. None of them may use your information for anything else, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Order records stay as long as we need them for support, returns, and tax obligations. Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe. Analytics is anonymous from the start, so there's nothing to delete.

Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion of your data? Email hello@daisyandlily.co from the address in question and we'll take care of it — usually within a few days, always within 30. (We keep the minimum required for completed orders where tax law says we must.)

If you interact with us on Instagram or Facebook, those platforms have their own privacy policies; we only see what you share with our pages there.

Our shop is for the grown-ups doing the mothering — we don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
